Webb Audio Visual Communications selected as
Salt Lake Chamber Small Business of the Year


Webb Audio Visual to receive Salt Lake Chamber’s highest award
 

SALT LAKE CITY—The Salt Lake Chamber will present their Small Business of the Year Award to Webb Audio Visual Communications at their annual Small Business Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at the Marriott Downtown.
 

“We’re absolutely thrilled. We have worked very hard for many years at building a reputation of excellence. We have always strived to provide excellent service to our customers, and to provide a nice working environment for our employees. We are proud to be recognized for this effort, “ said Scott Webb, Vice President and Director of Marketing of Webb Audio Visual Communications.


This is the Chamber’s highest award and Webb was chosen from scores of applications submitted in 2004. The Chamber evaluates applicants on specific criteria, including: number of employees; history of the business; creativity and imagination in development of products and services; industry challenges; growth over time and Chamber involvement.


At the banquet, in addition to Small Business of the Year, The Salt Lake Chamber will also present the following:

  • Entrepreneurial Success Award - LovSac Corporation
  • Community Service Award – Wasatch Baskets & Gifts
  • Minority Small Business Award – Samba Grill Brazilian Skewerhouse
  • President’s Award for Excellence – United Way of Salt Lake
     

In addition to the awards banquet, all honorees, sponsors and committee members will have a photo opportunity with Governor John Huntsman, Jr.
